This electronic signature holds the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
Rates apply to drop off and pick up days.
Example:
Drop off Monday, Pick up Friday:
5 days X $30 = $150
RATES:
$30 per day for one dog, or individual kennels for each dog as requested.
$50 per day for 2 dogs of reasonable size in the same 5x5 kennel.
Additional dogs of reasonable size in the same 5x5 kennel are $20/per day each.
**Dogs may display different behaviors in a boarding environment than they do in their home setting.
By kenneling dogs together at WillowCreek Kennel LLC, the owner accepts all risks and releases WillowCreek from liability.

Proof of current Rabies, Bordetella and Distemper are required.
Documentation from a board-certified veterinarian must be received via email or text prior to the time of drop off.

Please bring a labeled container with instructions.
WillowCreek Provides Dishes
MEDICATIONS:
If your dog is on more than one medication, a daily pill organizer is greatly appreciated.
Pill Pockets are appreciated.
Medication given by injection are welcomed.
You may bring a crate, bed, blanket or stuffless toys from home; However, we caution you that this is at the owner’s risk and ask that you do not bring anything that you do not want potentially ruined, lost or are choking hazards.
No stuffed toys are allowed.
Stuffed beds are accepted but highly discouraged, we offer K9 Ballistic hammock style beds. Blankets are best!
The dog owner acknowledges and agrees that WillowCreek Kennel LLC is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property brought to the facility. This includes, but is not limited to, items such as toys, beds, blankets, and other belongings. The owner further understands that no replacement, reimbursement, or compensation will be provided for any such items.
ZERO upcharges for treating your dog like one of our own.
Our prices include but are at dog(s) owner’s risk, due to the special needs of the following:
Puppies or Geriatrics
Dogs that are intact
Bitches in season
Dogs with special needs (re: blind/deaf)
Veterinarian prescribed medication administration.
The Owner acknowledges and agrees that if their dog refuses to accept medications after multiple reasonable methods and attempts of administration, WillowCreek Kennel LLC shall notify the Owner and shall not be held liable for any consequences resulting from the missed medication. The Owner waives any claim for damages or liability arising from such refusal.
Continued Policies & Amenities
We do not run a Doggy Day Care but we do operate like one with slumber parties!
Play times together with other dogs, who are friendly with each other throughout the day to run off excess energy and added socialization.
Dogs play rough and though WillowCreek Kennel LLC uses reasonable caution and care in all situations, accidents could happen.
Play time is entirely at dog(s) owner’s risk and at Kennel discretion based on the behavior of the dog(s) in care.
Though injuries and illness requiring veterinary care are uncommon;
The Owner acknowledges and agrees that by boarding their dog(s) at WillowCreek Kennel LLC, they accept the facility’s strict no-refund and no-compensation policy. WillowCreek Kennel LLC shall not be held liable to provide reimbursement, compensation, or financial support for veterinary care, medical treatment, or ongoing care necessitated by injury, illness, or any other condition incurred during or resulting from boarding, regardless of circumstance or cause.
Multiple group and/or individual play and potty breaks throughout the day.

945 bedtime snack & lights out.
*We begin our routine around 8am on weekends.
*Extra play time loose indoors during the cold Winter months and rainy days.
Family owned and operated while also living onsite.
As time allows. updates with pictures and/or videos sent via text to owner during your dog’s stay upon request.

5’ x 10’ and 5’ X 5’ kennels - dog(s) may be in either size at Kennel discretion

Our cookie jars and water dishes are never empty.
Relaxing music during nap and bedtimes.
Sanitized dishes of all sizes are provided.
Extra love, pettings and relaxed brushing are a given here - we can’t help ourselves.
* WillowCreek Kennel LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or terminate boarding and/or grooming services at any time, including during the period of care. Grounds for refusal may include, but are not limited to, the presence of illness, injury, or behavior deemed dangerous, aggressive, or otherwise unsuitable for the facility. The Owner acknowledges and accepts this right and waives any claim arising from such refusal.

Media Release: By boarding at WillowCreek, the dog(s) Owner hereby grants WillowCreek Kennel LLC permission to use their dog’s likeness in photography, video or digital social media including any ads created by WillowCreek Kennel LLC, in any and/or all of its publications, including web-based publications and/or ads, in perpetuity, without payment or other consideration. The Owner understands and agrees that all photography, video or digital social media is the property of WillowCreek Kennel LLC and will not be returned. Owner irrevocably authorizes WillowCreek Kennel LLC to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute photography, video or digital social media including ads for any lawful purpose. In addition, the Owner waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of those photos, videos or web-based publications. The Owner hereby holds harmless, release and forever discharge of WillowCreek Kennel LLC from all claims, demands, and causes of action which the Owners heirs, representatives, executors, administrators or any other persons acting on the Owner’s behalf of their estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
